Delivery times will be 24–48 hours or up to 10 days, depending on availability in the warehouse..
Our catalogue is up to date but in the unlikely event that a product is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you in good time to arrange a replacement or to confirm acceptance of the delivery delay. When your order leaves our warehouses, you will receive an e-mail or a phone call informing you. If you cannot be located at the time of delivery, a notification will be left for you.
The delivery times indicated in each product description are approximate and do not include public holidays.
SHIPPING COSTS
At EMMLER PINTURAS there are no surprises.
If the amount exceeds €200 excluding VAT
- we cover the shipping costs; however, for amounts below this, a transport fee of €7.90 (+ VAT) will be added to the product price.
For the Balearic and Canary Islands, enquire about the price.
Shipping costs are not included; please enquire before making payment .
Shipments are carried out through GCL LOGISTICA , a leading company in parcel delivery.

Note that this payment method carries a 5% surcharge on the total amount, with a minimum of €5, which must be added to your purchase total and paid to the courier upon delivery.
RETURNS
Products that have been subjected to mishandling or external damage, whether due to misuse or the passage of time, will not be covered by the warranty. There is a 7-day legal period for returning an item, in case you receive an order with any damage, you must notify the carrier and take photos of the damaged material. These photos should be sent to us by email to a info@emmler-pinturas.com , and we will resend the order at no additional cost to the customer.
PRICES
Prices do NOT include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 21%, which will be calculated based on the taxable amount at the bottom of the invoice.
Prices are always valid except in the case of typographical errors.

HOW TO PAY:
When you are asked for your payment method, you can only proceed with the payment once stock is confirmed and the invoice is sent to you by email. Payments can be made securely via credit card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.
From the date the order is placed, it will be delivered in approximately 10 working days (unless no delivery date is provided when placing the order).
